On August 26, 2009, the Moldovan Government resigned. At the final meeting, Mr. Igor Dodon, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Trade has presented a comprehensive report on the socio-economic situation in the period 2001-2009. Mentionin the ‘difficult inheritance’ that Communists who came to power in 2001 received, the report indirectly claims that the future government would receive from PCRM a ‘better heritage’. Are these claims legitimate and is the report objective?
