Economic Commentary, no. 73
The statistical data on the GDP for the first half of the year that National Bureau of Statistics released today confirm our positive expectations expressed previously regarding the evolution of Moldovan economy in 2010. The GDP growth in the second quarter has even speeded up compared to the first one. For a country like Moldova, the GDP growth for two quarters in a raw is a symptom of the economy getting out of crisis.
