According to the rating results, during the first quarter of 2011 the best banking performance has been registered by the CB „Moldova – Agroindbank” S.A., which was followed by CB „Victoriabank” S.A. and CB „Moldindconbank” S.A. Unlike the leader of the ranking, these banks register lower efficiency indicators, but have a better portfolio quality and profitability instead. CB "Universalbank" S.A. registered the worst performance due to poor quality of loan portfolio which had a negative impact on its profitability and liquidity.
