Expert Grup organized a new training for Tenant Associations registered in the "First Movers" project, wiht the topic "Reorganization of Associations in the context of the entry into force of the new condominium law".

During the training, the following were presented: the reorganization procedure, the role of Public Services Agency, the role of the condominium administration, the new statute, the election of management bodies, the transition conditions to the new provisions and others. 26 presidents of associations from all over the country participated in the training. We enjoy the massive interest from the beneficiaries. Within the project, other useful and practical trainings for associations will follow.

We remind you that the "First Movers" project helps to strengthen the capacities of tenants' associations, it will carry out a free energy audit for 10 selected condominiums, and later 1-3 condominiums will be selected for the financing and implementation of energy efficiency measures in buildings.

"First Movers" project is implemented by the Expert-Grup in partnership with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Republic of Moldova as part of technical assistance to improve energy efficiency and safety in the Republic of Moldova, for the period 2022-2024.
