Improving policies and practicies of efficient use by Moldova of the assistance offered by the European Union

This study targets three key directions: 1) understanding the mechanisms used by Government of Republic of Moldova for absorbing and efficiently using the financial and technical assistance offered by the European Union; 2) considering the experience of Romania in assimilating the EU's assistance and drawing relevant conclusions for Moldova; and 3) presenting a number of recommendations of how to improve the policies and practices to constructively use the assistance provided by the EU...
