"Euromonitors" series aim at an independent and objective monitoring of the process of implementation of the Republic of Moldova – European Union Actions Plan. This report monitors the actions taken and implemented by both parties in the fourth quarter of 2007. Modest accomplishments observed in the field of democratic institutions in this period include, among others: the ratification of international human rights tools; rise of allocations for children in need; negotiation of agreements on cooperation with civil society and development of the dialogue between authorities and CoE. The evolutions in other areas were characterized by no progress or very slow development.
