The process of implementation of Court of Accounts' recommendations is extremenly important to monitor for it does not suffice to point out to what is wrong in the administration of public resources, one also needs to effectively implement the much needed reforms. The results that we have obtained are quite alarming since less than 50% of Court of Accounts' recommendations are effectively implemented. At the same time, the Government and the Parliament do not react to the numerous deficiencies that are emphasized in Court of Accounts reports.
