Project impact:
The project has shown that the transition in the recent one and half decade has had a disproportionately high impact on children. One of the key consequences is the high incidence of child poverty, a somehow new and very strange phenomenon. This poverty manifests not only as material poverty, but also in other dimensions, such as education, health and social protection.
