Scope of the project: Building capacities of Expert-Grup in implementation of its mission to promote the public interest and to develop efficient and innovative solutions for the development of the Republic of Moldova, with an emphasis on mainstreaming gender, environment and conflict resolution dimensions in its core activities.

About the project: 

Project consist of institutional support for organization development, which is focused on 2 key pillars:

1. Capacity development – enhancing the internal procedures and corporate governance within the organization, fostering the analytical and forecasting instruments and capacities, increasing the efficiency of organization’s communication and outreach activities, strengthening the team and modernizing the financial management.

2. Support to core activities of Expert-Grup – development of analytical products aimed at informing the general public, policy makers and donor community about key economic trends, challenges and forecasts; and monitoring the reforms in the key sectors (e.g. financial and banking sector, public administration reform, budgetary transparency and energy).
