”FIRST MOVERS” PROJECT
„"First Movers" is a pilot project for energy efficiency and modernization of high-rise buildings, in which tenants' associations are founded. The project is implemented by the Independent Think-Tank "Expert-Grup" in partnership with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, with the support of the European Union and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Republic of Moldova.
GRANT POLICY
The beneficiaries of the project will have the opportunity to obtain financing of up to 100% for the energy audit of the building, the development of the technical documentation and its expertise, as well as the technical and architectural supervision of the project. Also, participants will be able to obtain a reimbursement of 60% to 70% for the implementation of energy efficiency measures of housing blocks (grant): the cost of materials, equipment and construction works.

STAGES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT
PROJECT BENEFICIARIES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPPORTUNITIES
- Take a training course on the internal organization and implementation of energy efficiency measures in a housing block;
- Carrying out a free energy audit of the building;
- To obtain financial advice and support in the development of design budgets and the implementation of energy efficiency measures;
- To obtain a grant for carrying out the energy efficiency works of the building.
