The municipal bond issues launched by the City Hall of Singera and the City Hall of Ceadir-Lunga on August 5, 2021 can be considered a successful debut on the capital market of the Republic of Moldova. With the support of Victoriabank and the Independent Think-Tank "Expert-Grup" were fully subscribed the bonds issued in less than a week from the launch of the Public Offer.
